Medical Gentlemen of Bow

Fascinating website about the history of medical practice in Bow

Recently we had an enquiry for information from our archives from Dr Peter Selley, the 27th and antepenultimate resident doctor in Bow, who is researching the history of medicine in Bow. His research encompasses doctors (beginning with the dubious Stafford Bryett of 1762), patients and unusual diseases, as well as some more general history of Bow. Dr Selley's findings are published in a website entitled The Medical Gentlemen of Bow. It's well worth a visit.
