The theme for our second exhibition was chosen partly because it is an anniversary year: Hayward's Primary School celebrated its 150th anniversary in January and held a small exhibition of its own.

A considerable amount of material from the school's exhibition, including an audio-visual display, was provided for the exhibition.

The exhibition was dominated by photographs but on display there was also old school uniform, desks and even a slate which children could write on.
