Our 2017 exhibition is entitled 'Down On The Farm', and illustrates the agricultural techniques and equipment used in the area through the ages. Of particular note is the 1938 Allis Chalmers tractor, and mid 19th century plough, used by the lender's grandfather.

Entry is free, though donations are very welcome. The museum is open from 10.00am to 4.00pm Wednesday, Thursday and  Friday, and from 10.00am to 1.00pm on Saturdays. As yet, the closure date is undecided, but will be some time in October.

Most of the artefacts on show are on loan from local supporters of the museum. They are too numerous to mention individually, but we would like to express our gratitude to them all for their generosity (and trust!).
