The Great Fire of Crediton, 1743
Friday 25th August, starting at 7:00pm
Join us for a guided walk through the town, revealing the story of the Great Fire of Crediton and some of the intriguing stories from our research.
Meet at the museum. Total distance one mile.
We will be returning to the museum (for a short while!) at the end of the walk if you wish to see the exhibition or purchase any of our publications.
This is a repeat of July's walk. As leader Tony Gale said, “We were a bit overwhelmed with the response last time, so we need to restrict numbers for this walk. You’ll need to book in advance to be certain of a place – first come, first served.”
Tickets for the walk £5 each, payable on the day.
